No.10 - Ask yourself why you're jealous
First, you have to get to the root of your feelings. The way you react to things has been wired into your brain over time, as your collective experiences shaped your character. Let's break them down and see which one resembles you:
- Past experience (Your last girl cheated on you, and you've been on high guard ever since)
- Projection (You're a player yourself, dawdling among the womenfolk, so you assume that she's going behind your back as well)

- She told you about her past (So she's an experienced one and her old flames are still in town. The thought of her sleeping with ex-boyfriends drives you nuts)
- She always wants to have sex with you (Here's one you didn't expect, but her uncanny sexual appetite gets you jealous. You fear that if you're not around, she'll want to have sex with another guy)
There's nothing like a mirror to make you see how silly you look. If you're the controlling type who calls her every hour to inquire about where she is, have her do the same to you. After a few days of incessant and irritating check-up calls, you'll realize that it's annoying and irrational. You'll see that not being in the same room 24/7 really isn't that big a deal.
No.8 - Speak to her friends and family
Sincerely and candidly talk to the people who know her best. In a friendly way, ask them to talk about your girl, and let them reassure you what a good woman you have.

Cut out the bread

These three slices can add as much as 200 calories to the entire meal; and if your meal consists of 1,000 calories, you just added 20% to it.

(plan ahead such as going for shopping on a lower waist pants, the fact that you invested in these stylish new threads, but can't wear them, may just upset you enough to start losing weight "cruel but true !")
No.7 - Keep a log
(Prepare a log on your notebook, or pad on what your'e eating, and targets of losing weight "as sure u would follow")

(Free, but they would just support u, but have no clue on what u should do to have maximise affects)

I've been waiting for this day, and finally it come's, as it would be the day that i do compile my final project, as tomorrow would be the day where all of us would have to submit our report and system. Hope it does goes well, as truly i have learn so much new thing in building the WANNA BE UPP system for the college, and it feels so relaxing now as the ONLY assignment is done, now i have to get ready for the quiz, and final paper on religious.
Been so anxious as this Thursday I would have to submit, and present my final project for the college which is the new UPP system + 4 Outcome together “Trust me, it’s more the 100 page to be calculated with, as I don’t even know what I wrote in it, as it just pop up” Moreover there is going to be a PENGAJIAN AGAMA quiz this week OR next, and the final paper for the subject on the 20th, that truly is my worst subject, as I’m not that good in memorizing points in my head “Need help here”
So no matter what life has to go on, hope everything that I hope for would be a reality, as I have some target in life that i have to prove to myself.
