No.10 - Picture it
(digging up some photos of yourself (and your former abs) and display them in as many spots as possible, such as at your desk, on your dresser or in your kitchen, so u'll be so hype up to lose weight)

No.9 - Take out your favorite jeans
(pulling out old pictures of yourself, resurrect your former favorite pair of jeans that you haven't been able to fit into for months (or years) and hang them somewhere that will force you to see them every day. to remind of you as how thin and sexy of u bfore, and in the future with hard work)

No.8 - Plan ahead
(plan ahead such as going for shopping on a lower waist pants, the fact that you invested in these stylish new threads, but can't wear them, may just upset you enough to start losing weight "cruel but true !")

No.7 - Keep a log
(Prepare a log on your notebook, or pad on what your'e eating, and targets of losing weight "as sure u would follow")

No.6 - Get a training buddy
(Free, but they would just support u, but have no clue on what u should do to have maximise affects)

No.5 - Hire a trainer
(It be great to have support and guide "But ur $ will fly away swiftly")

No.4 - Look into health hazards
(Check out at the site, on affects of being over weight "that sure to freak u out !")

No.3 - Have a plan
(prepare a sechedule plan, or ur target of losing weight by weeks or months)

No.2 - Don't allow junk in the house
(No donuts,or gas drinks in the "Bye coke drinks !" ^^')

No.1 - Reward yourself
(Reward yourself after every sucess, of losing weight such as by kilogram)

I can do it, i can do it !!
And damn i dun wanna become this !!
