Back in October last year, Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong (SCEH) - who is responsible for all things PlayStation in this region - has announced that the Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be available in Malaysia on 31st January 2012. Well, the day has finally arrived and as promised, the game is now available in the market with plenty of versions that gamers are able to choose from.

First and foremost is the standard Chinese + English version which retains the game’s original Japanese audio but with Chinese and English texts as well as menu. There is also a stand-alone English version whereby all the menus as well as the voice are in full English. Both versions are priced at RM 179 and come with two time-limited downloadable contents.

For those who are looking into acquiring a PlayStation 3 to play the game, there is also Final Fantasy XIII-2 console bundle as well. Apart from the specially designed FFXII-2 themed 320GB console and the Chinese + English version of the game, the bundle comes together with a mini clear poster and the game’s original soundtrack. This particular bundle is priced at RM 1,378.

Last but not least, SCEH has also released a set of eight FFXIII-2 postcards exclusive for pre-order customers. So, head on to your favourite reputable game retailers for further information and to get your hands on the new Final Fantasy XIII-2 right away.
