Fujitsu’s submersible Arrow tablet apparently isn’t the only bit of Android they have up their sleeve for CES. Engadget just got their hands on a leaflet for the Fujitsu booth that details a pretty interesting addition to their smartphone lineup.
Details are pretty light, but the new phone will come with your favorite quad-core processor and mine, NVIDIA Tegra 3, and it will be launching with Android 4.0. That’s enough to lock up my attention, but we’ll try to track this monster down and get some additional details once the show opens up tomorrow.
I’ll warn you to temper your excitement just a bit, as chances are this will be coming to Japan first in early Q2, most likely on NTT Docomo.
We’ll be front and center at the NVIDIA press conference later today, and perhaps they’ll let something slip about Tegra 3 offerings with a stateside trajectory.

Update: Engadget managed to finagle a first look at Fujitsu’s quad-core phone ahead of the show and also received a few more specs along with some images of the device behind glass.
The screen is a 4.6-inch HD display, no word on the display technology or the exact resolution. It also features a 13.1 MP camera which is capable of taking shots up to iso 25,600, good news for those of you that like trying to take pictures in the dark. Finally it will also be waterproof and dustproof smartphone so you can go ahead and take it on those desert island vacations.
