Officially revealed to the world in January 2011, what you are about to see here is the brand new Sony PlayStation Vita – the successor to the long-running Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) series of handheld gaming device. The device arrived on consumer’s hands last month when it was officially launched in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It will then head off to US, Europe and few other countries within the next two month.
The reception during Vita’s launch was quite positive with more than 300,000 units were sold during its launch week in Japan and furthermore, it was completely sold out within an hour of its Hong Kong launch. So far, we have yet to receive any confirmation on when PlayStation Vita will be available officially here in Malaysia but nevertheless, we have managed to secure two value packs from Hong Kong for your eyes to feast on.
