Looks like what we have heard so far is indeed true: the new Proton P3-21A will be officially named as Proton Prevé. The confirmation came directly from Proton who posted a short announcement on their official Facebook page just less than an hour ago.
According to the national car maker, the name was derived from the word preve which means proof. Alright…now it does make some sense. In addition to that, Proton has also stated that the name is pronounced as “prae-vae”.
All in all, this pretty much means that the car is going to be out on the open roads very soon. Start practicing the name’s pronunciation, peeps.
