Still remember Razer’s gaming laptop, the Razer Blade? Guess what, the gaming laptop will soon be available for gamers outside of United States for the first time ever since it was announced last year. However, before you get all excited about the prospect of owning one and rushed off to the nearest Razer dealers, the laptop will be only be made available in Singapore.

We are not surprised by that though since Razer’s regional headquarters is located over there but what really caught our attention is its price tag of RM 9,929 (SGD 3,999.99). Mind you, the 17-inch Razer Blade Gaming Laptop is still rocking previous generation hardware such as a dual-core 2.80GHz Intel Core i7-2640M CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M GPU but of course, Razer Blade comes with a set of unique features such as the dynamic Switchblade User Interface shortcut keys and a LCD that acts as touchpad as well as a secondary display.

Nevertheless, we just wish that Razer would at least update Blade’s hardware to an Ivy Bridge-based Intel Core CPU and Kepler-based NVIDIA’s GPU as these updates would be able to further justify its RM 9.9k price tag. Meanwhile, if you cannot resist yourself from owning the new Razer Blade Gaming Laptop, do note that it will be available in Singapore starting from tomorrow, June 14 onwards
