Remember when Samsung announced that the Android ICS update is coming to its Galaxy Tab range of devices by this month? Well, they kept their promise all right so if you own the original Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, do check for an update now. I know, many are looking forward for some Jelly Bean treats but ICS is better than nothing on this 1-year-old tablet. As for the rest of the Galaxy Tab users such as the Galaxy Tab 7.7 Wi-Fi, Galaxy Tab 7.7, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Wi-Fi users, do be patient because the update will be arriving to your device soon. No dates were mentioned of course, but a little over a month ago, Samsung did promise that the update would be rolled out in August. To update your Tab 10.1 now, connect your beloved tablet to your computer and update via Samsung Kies, or you could wait for the over-the-air update to appear, just make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi.
