On the seventh day, I did manage to master in the use of the system fully, where by my task in the company is to receive warranty items, distribute to the authorise dealer to change or fix back the computer peripherals before distributing back towards the distributors back.
Much more over, I was also in charge today in writing a formal letter towards complaining on the tesco office, as one of our branch has water issues on the ceiling during the raining season which has damage most of the computer, affecting in a huge lost towards the company. So composition is needed to be made by tesco office because of that.
